"Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world." James 1:27
"The specific character of faith is that it looks away from itself and finds its whole interest and object in Christ. He is the absorbing preoccupation of faith."

Rob,
What in the world is that?
We have a change in plans, we probably wont visit Grace on Father's day. I just got an opportunity to teach 2 discipleship classes on sundays at my church during June and July. I need the experience as a teacher to further my calling as one.
There might be an opportunity in July and August though to visit Grace.
Paul--
That's a baby in Calcutta that's malnurished. The photo made me think of how little i experience affliction.
Bummer about you not visiting--but i'm sure you will be a blessing to that class. Let me know when you think you'll visit.
